 | Contact Staff Do you have a question about your account? Or perhaps about your subscription? Do you need to report something urgently, like a bad/ broken NZB or another bug on the site? You might want to contact the staff right away. Simply write a message to the staff and the first staff member to see it will take care of it right away. |
If, for what reason so ever, none of the above support systems don't work or don't work out for you, this is your last resort. Please treat it as such! Unlike all the other systems, just ONE staff member is checking this system, and even though we do our very best to get back at you as soon as possible, work does not always allow fast responses. On top of that, due to external technical issues, our reply e-mails sometimes don't make it to the end user. So, once again, please don't use this unless hell as frozen over. |  |
